Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Hammadi Holding posted net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 238.14 million during the first nine months (9M) of 2023, up 29.30% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 184.17 million.
Earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 1.49 in 9M-23, marking an annual surge from SAR 1.15, according to the interim financial results.
Revenues increased by 11.97% YoY to SAR 873.08 million as of 30 September 2023 from SAR 779.75 million.
Income Statements for Q3-23
In the third quarter (Q3) of 2023, the net profits after Zakat and tax of Al Hammadi Holding hit SAR 74.87 million, an annual jump of 31.10% from SAR 57.11 million.
The firm achieved revenues amounting to SAR 297.82 million during the July-September 2023 period, higher by 20.61% YoY than SAR 246.92 million.
On a quarterly basis, the Q3-23 net profits declined by 8.53% from SAR 81.85 million in Q2-23, while the revenues increased by 7.65% from SAR 276.66 million.
Dividends
The company’s board members approved cash dividends valued at SAR 56 million, representing 3.50% of the capital, for Q3-23.
Al Hammadi Holding will disburse a dividend of SAR 0.35 per share for 160 million eligible shares.
Eligibility and payment dates for the dividends will be 15 and 26 November 2023, respectively.
